Keeps me from getting hungry during a hard workout without upsetting my stomach
I have been using Vitargo for pre-workout carbs for almost a year. I mix it with my pre-workout powder. I don't use a shaker ball; I just put a scoop with about 12 ounces of cold water and my pre-workout powder and shake vigorously. It does still clump sometimes, but I personally love the clumps because they are kind of like chewy candy. Vitargo never upsets my stomach and always keeps me from getting hungry during a hard workout.

Best energy drink I've ever tried!!!
Love it! Can't live without it. Gives me energy before, during, and after my workouts. Also have energy the remainder of the day. No 3 pm afternoons of feeling tired.
