I am truly disappointed in the change in this company's sizing. I ordered a pair of these about 4 years ago and they were perfect. Great arch support for my Plantar fascitis, fit great! I wore them all the time, even when at home in the house. This is the 3rd pair I have ordered and both the 2nd and 3rd pair have been sent back because they are MUCH smaller than the 1st pair which was true to size. When I ordered the 2nd pair I actually thought maybe they had just been marked the wrong size but that is not the case as this 3rd pair is just as small. I wear a size 11, so simply sizing up is not an option as they do not make a bigger size. Definitely size up when ordering.

I wish they made these sandals in half sizes. The size 9 I bought are a tad big but my toes and heels fit above the markers where they should be. They are comfortable and I'm hoping they don't stretch out too much or they will be falling off my feet. An 8 would have been too small. I used there measurement guide and I required a 9, but as I said, they are a little big.

These sandals definitely provide structure and support to every part of my foot. Also, they have held up for a good few years with weekly use. The fleece-lined strap is nice and comfy. The only caution is that the footbed is not overly cushioned, but is rather firm and hard rubber. Therefore, if you are looking for a really squishy luxurious footbed, you might want to look elsewhere.

I just got these thongs. I put them on and it felt as if I stepped into the clouds. I was wearing a pair of other thongs I owned when I stepped into the new ones. I must say that they are a bit shorter than expected and a bit narrower than expected. I am normally an 8 and I ordered an 8. I don't want to get a larger size because I don't want to have too much extra shoe... I don't have wide feet so I am fine with the width. Other than that, these thongs feel amazingly comfortable!

I love these shoes , but have wide feet. I normally wear an 8 and had to size up to a nine. There are no half sizes. The nine is perfect. I’ve never worn a nine in my life, but I love the shoes!

I saw an ad for these sandals - I have arch issues and am picky about shoes. I read the reviews and decided to order a size larger. I have pretty wide feet and am usually a 7. I ordered an 8. Fit is PERFECT. Had I ordered my usual size, I would have had to send them back. Super comfortable. No regrets.

These flip flops are quite comfortable with a moderate arch support. The part that goes between toes is not real thick and is a soft leather-like material that compresses easily for comfort. I find that the insoles are just a little to firm for my liking but I wore them on vacation for hours at a time without any difficulty. They fit snuggly and I had to scrunch my toes to get them on. I think they look good on and were durable wearing in sand and getting them wet.

I love the look, very cute for an orthopedic sandal, does not look like an orthopedic sandal. Just as cute summer sandal. Runs very small I would suggest a whole size difference if you wear a six purchase a seven. Other than that very comfortable and well worth the money.

This is my third pair - can’t do without them !

I have nothing bad to say about the flipflop, very comfortable and very light weight.

Here's the Cole's Notes summary - I give these three stars - stars taken away because they are NOT true to size (see picture**). Stars given because, dang, they are comfortable and a good looking shoe!Here is the good and the bad -- these are not true to size. In the picture included (all flip flops / sandals are size 11), the top flip flop is a Vionic, the middle is the Aerothotic and the bottom is a generic (no name). Clearly there is a difference - about an inch. And not the kind of inch where you can stuff your foot in and make it work (for all you size 11 shoe ladies out there - been there done that). No, your foot hangs over the edge of the shoe all the while not even fitting into the heel cup.In addition, which will probably be a moot point for most, the heel is not an inch high, it is 1 5/8". Enough to annoy me being 6' tall. Just saying.The good!- these are comfortable flip flop / sandals!! Nice cushion, nice heel cuppage (when I fake put my foot in them). Super comfy. Not too wide and not too narrow. This is a nice shoe. Too bad.** The angle of the picture makes the flip flops look uneven - they are not. All three are evenly butt up against the side of the box that the Aerothotics came in.

Me encantaron! Quedan justas pero muy cómodas, las use llegando y se sientes muy bien, con otras sandalias me duele mucho el talón pero con estas descansa súper bien, padezco de fasciitis y estás sandalias son perfectas! Las cintas están muy suaves y ajustan perfecto, estoy feliz de haber encontrado unas chanclas que me gustan y me quedan muy bien, las recomiendo muchísimo!

Me encantaron estéticamente son hermosas, se ve que el material es de calidad y lo mejor de todo es que son suuuuuper cómodas! Mi consejo sería que si tienes el pie ancho o un poco gordito, te compres una talla mas grande ya que la cinta de arriba queda muy pegada y se marca*Actualizo: Le compré unas a mi mamá porque me las chulea siempre que me las ve :D
