Amazing tool to make chocolate shells !
Used this to create a chocolate shell for a pearl wedding anniversary cake. First few attempts didn't work - v difficult trying to judge when the choc was not quite set so i could try and mould it into a rounded shape ready to set hard!! I then found the trick was to lay it "flat" into a curve of crumpled foil......fill it with white choc then freeze asap, and it worked !! Beautiful. 4 shell sides later and i had 2 full shells. So so pleased with this product. Cannot recommend it enough. Everyone was super impressed with the cake toppers!!

This sea shell mold is beautiful. It has the deep ridge lines I needed for a thicker medium. I work with plaster mostly, but switch or combine other mediums as well. My piece is already stunning and had no issues demolding. It help up beautifully. So happy!!

Lots of work, but turns out perfect!
Not what I expected, but they make very realistic clamshells if done well. I don’t think these would be a good mood for a beginner to fondant though.
