If you got the hershey squirts you need this
The capsules were sticky for some reason, causing them to get lodged in my throat. This wasnt anything a couple loafs of bread couldnt fix and they easily got pushed down. Seems to treat my incontenence and has helped me to stop taking imodium. I would recommend this as a dietary supplement if you find yourself running to the bathroom in the morning or are having unecessary or loose bowel movements. Of course see your doctor but the doctors I saw didnt do **** for me.

Apple Pectin: A Great Source Of Soluble Fiber
Apple pectin is a great source of dietary soluble fiber, and while I do eat apples regularly, I use apple pectin capsules to ensure an adequate supply of fiber in my diet. Pectin has apparent health benefits in lowering cholesterol and ensuring good digestive health among others. Taken before meals these seem to help me feel full more quickly, and what's not in question are the benefits this dietary fiber provides to my intestinal environment. I am very happy with the Best Naturals 1400mg (700mg per capsule) formulation: it's effective, reasonably priced, and relatively easy to swallow (some people may find them to be a tad on the large size, though), making it a great value for those searching for supplemental fiber.

Quality product/Great price/Works woderfully
This product is AMAZING! My daughter's Physicians Assistant told her about it. She told me and 2 others. She's quite a spokes person for this product. I noticed a difference on 1st use. Keeps me regular. I suffer from IBS-C as with my daughter. Was frustrated with other products and miserable. So happy to have this. I will not run out that is for sure. Thank you for making such a great product!

Helped clear up my vision after laser surgery
I had a scary episode w/a torn retina in my left eye.In an instant my vision went black as my eye filled w/blood. A quick acting doctor got me in for emergency surgery. The leftover blood clouded my vision completely for a week.Then I read how apple pectin clears metals from your system and since I take iron supplements,I thought it my help clear up my eye. IT DID!!! I took it the first time before bed and woke up to 80% improvement in my vision...in one dose.3 weeks later only a few floaters remained. SO grateful for my vision.I hope this helps someone
