I purchased ipl in nov month since thn it worked wonderful for hands and legs at 3rd and 4th power stage but underarms like sensitive area i use at 1 power but that is not helping ...it's been 3 months i use it 2 times in a week but underarms growth is still d same and using higher power is not possible for areas like underarm .What to do in such situation???

Hello I received this product on the 19th April and for a little week it worked perfectly with results but today I was about to use it when I plugged it, the device didn't want to turn on and it's not working anymore so I am really mad that I can't even return it!

It's delivered fast and I love the box, looks the product is very safe inside. My scenarion is within a week my hair armpit is growth fast and thick that's why I'm searching for some other way to reduce or totally remove and I saw this product. I'm in 2nd session now for this Laser hair removal and I make an experiment like I shaved both hair armpit, but I used this Laser in left armpit only, because I want to see the difference and clear result of this laser, I know it's weird idea but it's pretty working, some part is growing slow and some pare are totally not coming out.
