My body needs a little extra magnesium to prevent painful muscle cramping. I know this by experience and have been supplementing for about eight years. I have been trying different products to discover what works best for me, also keeping an eye on costs as well as ingredients.I had moved beyond simple magnesium dioxide a long time ago. Cheap, but it just didn't do the job of eliminating the cramps. I used different chemical combinations giving each one a few months trial. Some worked well but the price was incredibly high. Some were good but I had to take too many capsules too often during the day.Finally, a month ago I found this product on Amazon. Two caps a day, no stearate in the formulation, and very affordable. Most importantly, it works very well for me. I am using two capsules a day and so a bottle of 240 veggie caps will last about four months. However, in the summer if I am outside in heat and perspire a lot I suppose I may take two more with my evening meal if I have any of the twitching that usually precedes cramping.All in all, I am quite happy to have this supplement in my fridge right now and I suspect I have locked on to the best magnesium source that works for me. At a very good price too. In fact, as I go to reorder other supplements required for my health protocol, I will check Durelife's offerings to see if I can try any other products they have in their catalog.

I've only had the Magnesium for a couple of weeks now, but I believe it's working great. My 13 year old son takes to help with his anxiety that I believe is caused, or a part of his ADD & Asperger's. I won't really know how well it works for him until school starts back in a month, but at home he does seem better. I do feel good about this because there isn't really a chance of bowel issues with this one. I feel comfortable with giving this to my son in the mornings before school because of this. I have noticed that since I've been taking it I seem to tired more easily, so I take it before bed (which I need all the help I can get to sleep), but my son doesn't seem to have the same problems so we're testing taking it in the mornings for him. If it relaxes him enough to be able to focus & not feel anxious then I think it would be best if he can take it before school, but if it makes him tired, I don't want him falling asleep during classes he's in AP & G/T classes so falling asleep would cause him to fall behind. Will update when I know more.

But this one's not for me. Thought perhaps I could get away with a less expensive version. After over two months using these as directed the muscle cramps are back bigtime. Back I go to my old tried and true malate SRT's.

I've been taking chelated magnesium supplements for quite a while now, and twice a day at "medicine time" I dreaded swallowing those big horse pills. These capsules are the same strength as those huge oval caplets, but are smaller and "slipperier" and are 100X easier to swallow. They're also comparable in price. I'm very happy to have found them.

This company (if you can even call it that) is sketchy, to say the very least. "DureLife" claims to produce their supplement products in an NSF GMP registered facility, but this is not the case - I verified this on the NSF listings website. It is also a federal regulation under the FDA's Dietary Supplements Health and Education Act for companies to list their manufacturing facility location/address on the product label. This product only lists "Blauvelt, NY." If you search DureLife online, it is impossible to locate an address for this so-called company or their manufacturing facility, or any information on the company for that matter. I looked into other Amazon products produced by Durelife (most of which falsely claim that their manufacturing facility is NSF GMP registered), and a customer provided an address in the Q&A that they somehow located, and when I used Google maps to identify this location, it was a sketchy apartment building - nowhere near a legitimate facility that would be capable of producing safe, legal dietary supplements. Product descriptions for other Durelife products are written in broken English. All of this false information causes me to doubt whether any of the information provided on the Amazon page for this product is true. Are these really manufactured in the US? Is this really Albion TRAACS Magnesium Bisglycinate? Probably not. I also find it very hard to believe that this product does not contain any excipients and is purely a capsule + 100% magnesium bisglycinate. This is very, very rarely the case with supplements.

This product is so much easier to swallow in a capsule form then those huge tablets. So far works as it should. Since I talk 500mg per day wish they had a cap in 250mg so I won't need to swallow so many. But these are the easiest to swallow compared to any other magnesium I have ever had.

I have tried a lot of formulations for my RLS. This product is the best. I can easily adjust my dosage to the level I need because the tablets are 100 mg each. Prior to this I used a form that dissolved in water which was awesome BUT lead to loose BMs, a precarious balancing game! This formula works without the loose BMs. VERY happy!!!
