I bought this because I needed more salt for my other nasal rinse and it was cheaper to buy this kit than the salts alone. I'm do glad I bought it as it's far easier to use than my old one. I'd definitely recommend this. Its great to use through a cold or throughout the hayfever season. I use it daily.

My sinuses were giving me a hard time this year.. Even after taking anti allergy medications, I wasn't feeling well at all. The inflammation around front sinuses was very painful. GP were available on phone only and I too wanted to avoid hospitals etc.Finally I decided to try one more thing before giving up on this pain.Firstly, Croing bottle is so easy to use. It took hardly 30 seconds or so and it has been my first week where I have been pain free! I used it twice for 1st 2 days and when I felt better, I started using it everyday, just b4 bed time. It is my 2nd week and I feel so much better! It's important to follow the instructions on the box though x

I've had trouble with sinuses since I was a kid, every year I get trouble with infections or hayfever. This year from September november I've had 5 viral infections back to back. Since I've purchased this half way through November I've had little or no trouble at all. I started douching everyday then every 2 days now I do them when I feel there maybe trouble.. fantastic..

Been suffering from rhinitis for years and fed up after several attempts with medicated sprays etc. Thought why not give this a go after seeing an American programme. Works wonders and just wish I had bought this years ago.

Hate using this, complete nightmare as I feel like I'm drowning, i suffer from year round allergies and normally cant breathe through my nose at all, however the results have been amazing. I do this every night before bed and I can breathe easily through my nose through the night.
