Easy to use not too big doesn't dissolve too quickly

I'm very sensitive to anything going in my body, and I find ashwaganda helps when I cannot sleep or have some anxiety. The store pills have way too much powder in them. With these I can empty and repact and the small size is perfect to make sure I don't have lingering effects of taking too much.

Very tiny. Got about 4 drops out of a dropper to fill capsule.
