The straps don't dig in, it doesn't fall apart, there's two pockets which makes grabbing wallet or keys easy without anything getting lost in the bottom! I've filled it with 2 A4 notebooks and an a4 sized tablet, my laptop does also fit in here and it's also a good bag If you're going shopping.

I really like this bag. A button fastening or pop stud at the top would make it perfect as anyone could easily slip their hand in your bag whilst it's on your shoulder.
