Disappointed
I have been collecting knives for awhile, I have around 40 now, and have always wanted a Boker but it had to be made in Germany. I’m really glad I didn’t buy one of their more expensive ones, after the disappointment I felt when I opened the box and unwrapped this one. The action is ok and it’s sharp but that’s about it for positives. There is a rivet that sticks out on both sides (needs a little filing?) and it came with scratches on the bolster, on both sides. What a let-down. From the reviews, I have to think that I just got a bad one but I doubt I’ll buy another Boker (unless it’s in person and I can check the quality of the finish before purchasing) and this one will be returned, sadly.
