I love this light
I was experimenting with this purchase I have a lot of Olight and Fenix, it’s so bright I love the magnetic ability, and I bought the headband for hands-free. Well worth it. 2 thumbs way up. Can’t attest to the run time cuz I haven’t run it dead. Generic use. High quality build, gets warm as they all do.

Great headlamp, awesome form factor
I was considering a Milwaukee headlamp and decided to research alternatives. I noticed Wuben flashlights were regularly recommended due to their performance, quality/design, balanced by a reasonable cost. I really liked the design of the E7 as it can be used as a headlamp OR standalone. It has a powerful magnetic base and a clip for multiple usages. It is plenty bright and well-made. I am glad I chose this over the Milwaukee as it will be way more useful as well as costing significantly less. I will definitely be buying more Wuben products.

Best light i ever owned
This is the best light I’ve ever owned. It works great the amount of light it puts out for its sizes unbelievable and it is well built. It should last a long time. I’m very light. I think never seen a light. That is too small. That is putting so much light out.

Grate light bad charger cable
I love the light its grate was very disappointed with the charging cable that came with it type-c to type-c it led me to believe I could use my everyday charging block for it that was not the case I thought it was broken and just wouldn't charge then I used usb to type-c and now it will charge most type-c charging blocks are to strong so it won't chrage it they need to send with different cable but other then that grate lil light love it would definitely recommend product just make sure u have a usb charging block with usb to type-c charge and u will be good or a really bad type-c charging block lol

Just "OK", nitpickings from a Flashoholic.
I don't want this to come off as a "mean" review, Wuben is a company that listens to and posts on flashlight forums and is aware of and responds to input. Just my opinion.I've been a headlamp enthusiast for decades and have used a Calcium Carbide lamp as a kid and have owned headlamps of every battery chemistry, size, and style. Still have the first headlamp Zebralight introduced and have tried offerings from Skilhunt, Acebeam, Sofirn, YLP, Boruit, honestly can't remember them all. I use headlamps at home and work for electrical, plumbing, automotive, and machine maintenance. My current go-to's are an 18650 and 18350 Skilhunt, Sofirn HS10, and Zebralight AA's if output is not a factor. The smaller 18350 and 16340 batteries are fine for my needs, I seldom need to light up the night, just hand's free light for working on things.I got the bare light to check out and then bought the headband and sensor. For a standalone EDC light this form-factor (for me) is useless due to its short size. Clipped on a pocket it's always on the verge of falling out and if carried in the pocket it's just a big lump. I knew that going in but a flashlight is always useful so not an issue. True enthusiasts hate on-board charging, not me, I love it because it gives me another charging option, especially when I'm not near the charger.Charging port seems sturdy. Nice ears on the cover make it easy to remove.Points to consider:*The light sticks out considerably from your forehead. Pictures show it compared to Skilhunt H03 18650 and Sofirn HS10.*The rigid plastic mount on the headband doesn't conform to the curvature of my head or anyone I've tested it on. May be able to be heated and bent.*The beam would benefit from a wider hotspot with a softer transition to spill.*Tint is fine, I can see the colors of CAT-6 cable. Don't know the specs but the CRI may be lowish for Flashoholics. Fortunately it looks easy enough to mod!!*Magnet works good and the short length makes it less likely to lose grip.*It seems like they gave the design team all the funding and left the UI to chance. Missing some standard shortcuts and predefined levels just ok.*The motion sensor could've been built right into the light, others have done it. While we're on it, the motion sensor works great. It behaves exactly as expected and after spending a few seconds figuring it out I referred to the instructions and verified. Yes, it's that easy. Now with all that nitpicking out of the way; it's not a bad headlamp. Even better when you consider that I paid $49 in 2007 for an AA powered Zebralight H50! The ZL still works and I use all my headlamps or store them in vehicles for emergencies. You can spend this much on a no-name headlamp with ridiculous lumens claims, Wuben is a legit company that is really trying to think out of the box with physical design, this light just doesn't check my boxes. If you are new to headlamps and start with the E7 you probably won't be disappointed. If you've been at it a while the design decisions may not appeal to you.Going to keep this one and try to build it into some tasks that will benefit from the motion sensor. I'll continue to watch Wuben's new releases, this one feels like a first step towards something better.

Works well AS IS
I bought the battery converter so that I could use an 18650 battery. As IS it worked well. The 18650 mod works even better. Not Brighter just for Longer periods of time which is great if you can’t be recharging as frequently.
