Tasty on everything and a great way to get hydrated. I strongly recommend this salt. I keep a ramekin of it on my counter for us to eat just before drinking some water. Just a couple of crystals on the tongue… works great!

This salt is absorbed into cells, helps keep me hydrated..one little salt grain with 8 ounces of water. Highly recommend.

It says Celtic Sea salt but it does not break down the elements that it's supposed to have in it so how do we know we're actually getting Celtic Sea so
