I like the Organic ingredients and the high iu per pill. Not sure if it is as effective as what I was taking before but I'll be having a test done and will update this review.

I purchased these for bone health and immune support. When the bottle arrived, I looked everywhere on the bottle for an "expiration/best by date"....nothin'! Not on the label, not stamped on the bottom of the bottle, no accompanying info! Although "best buy/expiration dates" aren't mandatory on Vitamin D, ALL my other vitamins, supplements, herbs, etc., have best buy/expiration dates! They do have somewhat of an odor...not terrible, but a definite odor. Since I bought a different brand just before purchasing these that were rancid, I've become hyper-vigilant about making sure oil based products are fresh smelling and also display reasonable "best by/expiration dates". These are just a little "Iffy" for me. So bottom line...I can't confidently recommend this Vitamin D3 product without that freshness dates! Sometimes companies should just provide information they don't have to! 🫤
