I think enough people don’t try this as it is kind of pricey. However, there’s no need to fold three metres of foil to strengthen it- it’s never fallen apart once. The brown paper on the inside works better with anything you’d use with foil. It’s easy to make small envelopes for fish- doesn’t go soggy, sort of steamed and tender. If you want crispy fish fingers or sausages, then you can use a little oil and lay them on the brown side which is pretty much grease proof but causes less sliding around. It’s easily mouldable/ easy to shape. Because it never crinkles like foil, you don’t get small pools of water in the crushed parts of the foil. Water seems to evaporate well whilst retaining heat and steam. Prevents food from being scorched or charred by high temp oil. I’ve tried to go back to foil as it is a lot cheaper but actually I use so much less of this. Give it a try!

It's ok it's kitchen foil

I thought I was buying 10 metre foil but they were only 5. Disappointed by my mistake as I could of got it cheaper. I won't be ordering again
