We had bought this cause my mom swore by this. So we had our house on the market and it wasn’t selling so we got his kit in the mail. They gave you all the instructions. What can I say? This is gonna sound crazy but it is totally true! My house was on the market for 2 weeks with several showings but no offers. Even a price reduction rendered no offers. A friend told me how her mom had used St Joseph after her house was on the market for a year. Within a day, her house sold. Please know I am not a religious person.
