Husband Loves It
Good quality, easy to put together, and my husband loves it. It has adjustable rods for various heights, and the weight limit is high. It is a rather large piece of equipment. It seems very durable, though. It’s best to start in small increments of time unless you are used to inversion tables. My husband uses it a couple times a week for a few minutes at a time. It does wonders for your back!

Life-Changing
I had not purchased an inversion table despite being very curious for many years. For a long time they were very expensive and I didn't know much about them. Doctors don't usually recommend them. I have bad stenosis and for years have experienced daily back pain of varying intensities depending on the day. I had already had my three allowed cortisone shots for the year and if I couldn't manage the pain, next stop would have been back surgery as I would have had to wait almost a year before being able to get another shot. Out of desperation, I ordered this model as it was very reasonably priced, looked well made, and boasts it would accommodate 300lbs. I weigh in at about 265lbs. It takes a little bit to put it together but the instructions are good and everything you will need is provided. I was a little apprehensive as I didn't want to hurt myself on it. If you are new to inversion tables and or you are a heavier person, take it slow, real slow. Do your homework. The settings are 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 85°, & 90°. Start on the 15° or 30° settings for short increments. After a couple weeks or so, switch to 45° and so on. In the beginning, if you go immediately to coarse angles or use it for long periods of time, you may feel discomfort and your muscles will go into a spasm possibly making things worse. The moral of the story is take it easy. All of this being said, this machine was life-changing for me. It is not an end all be all cure, however it keeps me aligned and I feel about 1/4 of the pain I had before purchasing the unit. I know that if I am experiencing pain, I can get on this and it will immediately take the pain away and stretches out my aching muscles. This has allowed me to remain drug free. We have a large property and I need to be able to perform hard work and maintain mobility. I am 57 and have suffered with severe back pain for years. The very first time I used the machine, afterwards I felt 2" taller as I had been hunching over in my daily life. It stretches your upper as well as your lower back in places that are hard to stretch/flex by just doing excercises. The only downside is that it is not easy to transport or take with you when you travel as this unit and most others were not built necessarily for travel. This machine works so well, you will want to take it with you. I have found other pieces of equipment for traveling but none provide the relief that this table does. I would highly recommend this to anyone who can safely use it for their severe back pain. Just keep in mind that if your spine is really spasmodic and or kinked up, it may not be comfortable to use right away until everything gets stretched out. I experienced that at first but once I was able to relax those muscles, it is exillerating and I have to make sure I don't fall asleep on it as it is so comfortable and I look forward to it every day. I use it a lot before bed as after you stretch out your back, letting it relax as you sleep magnifies the effect in my opinion. I highly recommend this unit, just be careful and don't be too aggressive. Take your time.

Only one chance I would recommend
I've had an existing inversion table that is over 12 years old needed new one.I had seen several that had replaced the foam roller pads with what this one has and I'm happy with it.The only issue is the foot rest is to low when I try to set the pads it's way above my ankle and since I'm standing and have to operate the lock mechanism I can't lift both feet to get a tighter fit.Once I'm inverted and my feet come off the bottom it's too loose.I've adapted and just make it extra tight before I invert it's uncomfortable but only to until I invert.

Incredible!
Follow directions and you will find it easy to put together! I'm 61 yr old single woman. I drive forklift, loading and unloading semi's and warehouse work. It is rough on the back, I have chiropractor visits every week. I just received my inversion table this morning. I put it together by myself, then used it at the 15 setting for about 2 minutes! Oh my! What an incredible purchase! My back feels so much better! I can stand straighter and when I was unpacking it when I first opened it, my hip was hurting. However, when I was picking up the packaging afterwards, I had already tried it out, ther was no hip pain!! Best purchase I have made!! Very heavy duty and sturdy! Extremely pleased with this product! Recommend to everyone!!

The ITX9900. Quality build, very fair price and easy to use.
Initially, I learned about this type of device by watching the 'Teeter' infomercial. I immediately thought this concept would be beneficial for me. I suffer from degenerative disk disease and degenerative joint disease (osteoarthritis). In fact, the joints in my shoulders were so bad that both had to be surgically replaced. The disk disease is especially prevalent in my lower back. The marketing for "Teeter' was well done but the price point was too much to take a chance on: especially for a machine that I didn't know how I'd physically react to. I looked into less expensive alternatives and my research led me to the Innova device. This machine is everything I could have hoped for. This Amazon purchase was delivered promptly in a well-packaged box, The company took care to protect all the parts with a combination of styrofoam and plastic wrapping. The small parts (screws, washers, nuts, and ASSEMBLY WRENCHES) were smartly shipped in a compartmentalized and labeled plastic 'clamshell' packaging. Upon looking at the various parts I said 'Oh oh, I'm going to have to get into an IKEA frame of mind. But, after spending about ten minutes ingesting the easy to understand setup directions, I was reassured that there would be no real problem in doing this by myself. I am happy to report that the assembly was straightforward and not very time consuming at all. It took me an hour and a half while watching TV and having coffee. I would think it would be fun to do with a family member. I added the picture to demonstrate the completed dimension. The fact that the device can be folded so that the base segments come together is a big plus. Now, using the device. There are a few things I learned right away. The first being that there should be someone with you during your first attempt to do an inversion. You just don't how your body will react to a new and unique physical experience and you certainly don't want to get stuck in an inversion while you're testing your various machine settings. The second recommendation is to not go full inversion on the first try and third please note there will be adjustments to make. These will include the height factor on the center beam adjustment bar. Even though placing it on your precise height is simple, your body proportions may require you to move it up or down a notch. Pay close attention to achieving a firm center of gravity. This is very important because you want to have total control over your inversion, particularly the ease of going into and coming out of it as well as the rate of movement. The headrest is also adjustable. You don't want your head to be higher than the headrest and it will be up to you how to utilize the air support at mid-machine. My conclusion: This machine has helped my back and neck issues profoundly! I use it almost every day and I am at a point where I love getting on it. I actually feel the separation of the vertebra and the stretching of my muscles. In my case, the routine I do also greatly helps my prosthetic shoulder joints. The machine is very smooth. It also gives me a feeling of confidence that it isn't going to collapse or fall apart while I'm using it. I'm a big guy (230lbs.) so I worry about such things. The foot lock release bar is an example of thoughtful engineering and the ankle clamps are not uncomfortable. I've read about people saying that you should wear athletic shoes while using the machine. I fully agree. The sneakers give my feet a feeling of greater support. Of course, it's up to you. There is one little piece of advice I'd like to give. Keep your cell phone within reach at all times while using the table by yourself when no one is home. Just in case of a freak occurrence. All in all, this is a FIVE STAR product. Happy inverting.
