FuturoBusiness Casual Socks for Men, Large, Moderate (15-20 mm/Hg)

My husband has foot swelling following surgery. I bought these light compression socks. He said the socks were comfortable and felt snug, not tight. When he removed the socks at night time, his foot wasn’t swollen. Because they worked so well, I bought another pair.

I received these a couple of weeks ago. My ankles have been swollen for a couple of years. After 3 weeks there is a very noticeable improvement; one ankle has returned to normal. I have an 18" calf so these are a snug but comfortable fit. I would have preferred a cotton sock; these are mostly nylon. They should be more durable than cotton however. I would recommend they be air dried and not placed in the dryer. I will be buying additional socks.

Certainly the best Compression Socks available.Great fit, High Quality.However, the Description on the Website is quite misleading, as it indicates Pack Of 2. That apparently means 2 socks, not 2 pairs of socks. When I contacted Amazon Support, they apologized for the inconvenience but explained that pack of 2 means “1 Left and 1 Right”…I have NEVER purchased a Single sock. They have ALWAYS been sold as pairs.The confusion could be eliminated by simply modifying the Description to indicate 1 Pair.

I bought these for my husband since after heart surgery his doctor advised him these will help with swelling of the ankles and he really likes them. He has had several other brand socks but likes these the best. Only problem we found with this item is the heel of the sock is too thin therefore making holes in the material. I patched this area to make it stronger but now all his socks had to be patched so I am not happy about that. We now stopped buying this item and have tried another support sock on this site.

Good support. Don't like having to hand wash.

UPDATE: Purchased another couple of pair recently. And again, I am very impressed with the quality and comfort of these socks.Very impressed with the fit and comfort of these socks. Been buying "cheap" compression socks for a few years and am always disappointed in how quickly they become ineffective. These 3M Futuro socks are high quality and well worth the cost.

The Futuro socks are just fine. I ordered large-- and received large. But I couldn't know that until I opened the package because there is no size marking on package. The word LARGE was on the socks in small print. So, all is good. I would buy again!

My wife has been after me for years to get compression socks, but it took my doctor's recommendation to move me. The first pair i ordered were ok but not great. Then I tried the Futuro business casual and am sold! They do the job and are substantial enough to last without tearing.
