Overall the product, when mounted horizontally, has 3 design flaws - one mechanical, one functional, and one useability design.1) Does a poor job of holding itself in a set orientation by having a cantilevered design held in place via a set screw on a round shaft. This method of directional fixation is prone to reposition itself during normal operation. There should have been a flat section on the holding rod to maintain alignment2) Since there is no damping features to slow the residual angular momentum of the paper towel roll once a paper towel is removed, you end up with some ugly loops of paper towels that form under the holder.3) Additionally, since there is no damping features or anything that provides resistance to rotation, the paper towels require two hands to remove a single paper towel. And at that point - why even bother buying a holder at all if the motion to grab a paper towel takes two hands anyway.I've had it up in my kitchen for about 2 weeks now, and every time I see it, I'm reminded of how bad of a design it is. I never expected to get this annoyed at something as simple as a paper towel holder, but I'll be ordering a different one because this one just bothers me so much every time I see it.

Bought this as my countertop one was built for a huge roll and I wanted something smaller for my reusable paper towels. This is really nice because the angle is adjustable. There is a little screw you can tighten with an included Allen wrench. Instead of angling it straight down I tilted mine up to accommodate the smaller roll. Would totally also work for the huge rolls if you don’t tilt it and just have it straight down. Sticks easily without any drilling. Nice sturdy design, high quality! Would recommend.

I like it. It was easy to put up. We will see how well the adhesive works over time. Finally I can get the paper towels off the window sill.

Serves its purpose, do wish there had been some instructions, the bar would not go all the way thru as it should but it still works just fine, wish it was more like a command strip adhesive, I know if I remove this it is going to damage the wall surface. The finish is perfect and matches our decor. We actually have it in the bathroom my husband requested it, I never would of thought of doing it, it was a great idea especially in a house with 3 dogs and Mr Dirty jobs LOL

This is the second one we bought. The first one fell off within a couple weeks. Thinking maybe we didn't give it enough time to stick we bought another one. Worked great until two weeks ago. It did not last even 6 months. It completely fell off AGAIN. Came back to the order to see if I could contact company but could not find contact information. I decided to rate this in hopes I can save someone else their money.

I love this paper towel holder, and it works great for my tiny kitchen needs. I put it on the inside of the cabinets beneath the sink and it works fine for me. And it stayed up, too! I am very happy to have found this product, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a paper towel holder without screws. It is a great product!

sleek. mounts on wal or under counter. once you install it leave it empty for a day so it seats. otherwise it way fall off.

The look of this item is really nice, as is the concept of am adhesive application. However, I feel you're better off going with one that screws into the wall. We followed the installation instructions and one day about two weeks later, I heard a loud crash. When I went to investigate, I found that the holder was on the floor. To be clear, no one was in the restroom at the time, so it wasn't a matter of someone pulling too hard while trying to retrieve a paper towel. Now, the wall must be repaired. It's really disappointing. We also purchased the toilet tissue holder. Hopefully, we will have better luck with that.

This is brilliant, easy to fit and holds perfectly. Does the job.

I’m renting a place that just had new cabinets put up in the kitchen so I didn’t want to drill tiny holes into it, and the wall has porcelain tile (definitely can’t put holes in that). The adhesive seems to be holding up well so far! Definitely pleased with this product.

I bought this for my RV. It stuck for the first two weeks and then it no longer sticks and continually falls down.

This worked well for the first month. Just long enough for the return window to close, and then it fell off the wall.
