TRADITIONAL HIGH LEVEL WELL BOTTOMED BLACK CHAIN PULL CISTERN PART NO. 315207

I needed a traditional replacement cistern and when I found this one I knew it was the only one for the job. It came with all the fittings necessary and was so easy to fit I had it done in under an hour. The price was worth it as it is a quality product and looks perfect.

Easy to fit and a simple replacement for my old one. Good that it came with the valve and the siphon and all the necessary fittings

I found the instructions hard to follow, but eventually managed it. It flushes wonderfully and for longer than the previous cistern I had. I was worried about it topping over as there are no fixing points, but it is as stable as a rock, there is no movement at all and it is just resting on the heavy duty brackets (which I had to buy separately of course). My only suggestion is to do a You Tube video showing how to connect it up or do a better instructions sheet.

Decent cistern but does not come with brackets. Ok if brackets are there from an existing cistern.I was told by Dudley's sales department that they didn't even sell them as an extra. The cisterns are not cheap, so very petty of Dudley not to include brackets. Running around looking for suitable brackets made fitting the cistern harder than it needed to be.

Expensive with no mt brackets

Exactly what is says on the box and a direct replacement for the one that expired, being around 60 years old. Everything that was required was in the box and the instructions were fairly clear.
