Very close to homemade pasta made by an Italian grandmother. Light very flavorful and a savory thin flat noodle that feels good in your palate with every bite. A little expensive wish it was cheaper but nonetheless delicious

I love the egg noodles made in Italy. The texture is homemade, unlike the egg noodles in our local stores like Krogers.I use the narrow ones for Chicken soup or my husband loves them just with butter and salt as a side dish. Yes, a few dollars more, but I feel it is worth it.

Product arrived all broken to bits.Taste and texture were perfect,but I needed them intact for a presentation meal.

I usually make my own pasta, I trust this product because of taste, ingredients, and packaging. I always make sure I have some in the pantry for quick dinners in a pinch.

Everything about this noodle is great. Pricing, flavor and quality. Only issue is that it was packaged with some loose items that ended up breaking the noodles into small pieces. The product is great, the packaging was horrible.

Tastes like fresh noodles but the nests fall apart when cooking. I still se for the flavor.
