Q: What tools are required for assembly and what is the packaged weight of the product?

no tools required as alan key supplied. Packaged weight is unknown by me, i carried it for about 10 mins and i am a bit weedy!!

Q: Am struggling to attach the wheels, can anyone help please how do they attach?

Brut force I am afraid. they do just pop in if you push them hard enough. They are a bit sticky when the chair is fully assembled and moving along floor but they ease up a bit after use - although not entirely. Not the most expensive chair however so am putting up with it - good for the price.
