Aceto Balsamico...Magnifico!!
Never have I tasted anything comparable to this. It is farmed and produced in a small town just southwest of Sicily, Italy and you can tell immediately by the taste that this is not anything close to what you can buy locally. There are a myriad of exquisite tastes you experience when you place even a small drop on your tongue - the essences of figs, raspberries and red wine are evident. There is even a hint of cherry among all the delectable flavors that pass over the palate for those fortunate enough to taste this. If you are an oenophile and like red wine, this vinegar is definitely for you. The aftertaste provides a lovely flavor of a robust Moscato since locally harvested Sicilian grapes are used in the production.I heartily recommend you try this marvelous vinegar!

I've never tried a Balsamic Vinegar Glaze
I really love the items I purchased and purchased more as gifts. The Moscato vinegar is light and very tasty! The Balsamic glaze was amazing. I've never tasted such a light tasting delicious glaze. I will continue to purchase as it is so delicious and can go on so many wonderful foods. I actually take a tablespoon of the extra virgin olive oil each day and of course its great on salads and for cooking. I save the glaze for special foods but I also take a little teaspoon of the Moscato Vinegar. It's not as strong as other vinegar's, very smooth. I love it!

It has a sour flat watered down taste
I was expecting a rich robust taste but instead it tasted alot like wine gone bad after opened . It had a sour taste to it. I have always enjoyed balsamic until this one.

The Glaze has Delicious flavor which enhances yogurt, ice cream, etc.
I used 2 tsp of the glaze on top of a yogurt which was plain yogurt with a strawberry bottom. It was So good! Warning: one serving (2 tablespoons) contains 22 grams of sugar. That's a lot since the entire 5 oz container of yogurt only contains 10 grams. I suggest reducing the serving size. Also, the bottle comes sealed with wax. It was really difficult for me to open, and I ended up with pieces of wax everywhere.

This does not taste as balsamic vinegar.
The advertised balsamic vinegar taste more like wine vinegar, but it is tasty. I think it should be advertised differently with little cheaper price tag. I still recommend but would like to see it at more affordable price. Go ahead and give it a try, you won't taste much of a balsamic vinegar but it has promising flavor with hint of peppers and tomatoes.

NOT MODENA BALSAMIC. But still a fruity, delicious, if sour, vinegar.
Tart, tart. Not really Balsamic from Modena or what I would think of as Balsamic. I guess because it's aged in barrels, they call it Balsamic. It's thin and very sour but in an absolutely delicious, fruity way. Love this in everything but won't buy again only because the price is prohibitively high for me. I wish it were a little more affordable but I know it's a time consuming process.

Best balsamic vinegar I've ever tasted
When I first tasted this vinegar I immediately loved it. I had tasted other vinegars before and found they left an unpleasant aftertaste, Papa Vince vinegar doesn't. I think this vinegar is so incredible that I use it almost every day. I am addicted to this vinegar. I met the Vitina at a show and sampled this vinegar. Like the vinegar and the other products that they sell, Vitina is a lovely lady. I very highly recommend this product.
