I have been preparing with Ball pectin along time and depended on the quality. But it seem to be getting harder to find.

So much easier to use than liquid pectinsEasily adjust amount used to pectin needs of the fruit used works with 1/2 the sugar to preserve the fruits flavor. Each container will make 3 to 5 4 cup batches of jelly or jam.
