Easy to assemble, looks good, and the tires are not cheap plastic power wheels. I haven't used it for long, so I don't know the battery life. I used it for about 20 minutes at a time and the battery held up. There is music, usb port for you to plug in a phone or drive to listen to music. The remote works well out of the box. My daughter loves this race car. We have many electric cars, but this one is her favorite.

For context, my grandson weighs about 25 pounds, and the go-kart suits him perfectly in terms of size and speed.Assembly:Putting it together was relatively straightforward, but I did run into a small issue with the rear axle. The metal axle seemed a bit short when trying to insert the pin after the washer was installed. It required a bit of finagling, but we got it to work in the end. Once fully assembled and charged, the go-kart performed well.Performance:The speed is just right for his age—not too fast, which is a relief. That said, I would have liked a variable speed option as an afterthought for future adaptability. The remote control, while convenient, can be a bit finicky. Sometimes, it doesn’t respond immediately when engaging start or reverse, but if you fiddle with the buttons a bit, it works. On the plus side, the directional controls for the front wheels are very responsive once the vehicle is in motion, which I appreciate.Fun Factor:My grandson loves the horn and sounds, and I wish there were tiny LED headlights to enhance the aesthetic appeal.Indoor/Outdoor Use:One note of caution—if you’re planning to operate this go-kart indoors, you might run into issues. The plastic wheels tend to skid on tile or wooden surfaces, so I’d recommend buying tactical rubber bands to improve traction, especially if you plan to use it outdoors on uneven surfaces like a driveway. Without them, the car struggles a bit when going up even a slight incline.Battery Life:Today, we had about an hour of continuous outdoor play, and the battery still had juice to spare, which was a pleasant surprise. The go-kart ran continuously, and the battery life exceeded my expectations for such a small vehicle.Overall:For the price, it’s a solid buy, especially for a toddler’s first go-kart. It’s only been two days since we started using it, but so far, it’s been a hit, minor issues aside. I’m happy with the purchase, and my grandson loves it!

When you press the gas it sometimes won’t go after a few attempts it will start but it is very slow.

bought for our granddaughter for Christmas shes 18 months old. she loves it an we love the remote control function. she rides in style with her race car that looks like her papa's race car. she rides around an waves at people an everyone thinks she so cute
