The media could not be loaded. Kalms are really effective in reducing stress & anxiety 😫.I have used at various times over the years when life just gets a bit chaotic & they calm me down & help to cope over that stressful period.Once you are not so stressed you can deal with things a lot more efficently😊.Dosage two tablets three times per day with water after meals.For over 18 years.Easy to swallow..no noticeable taste.I would definately recommend 👌 kalms really work for temporary stress & anxiety also promotes 😴 sleep x
