Forget Price Comparison... Best Choice= Best Guitar
Great, not good... GREAT guitar for the price. I own a few Ibanez & Fender guitars, but this well built acoustic has such a lovely tone/presence that like Bob, I bought a second one the day after the 1st one arrived. Best Choice is my new favorite guitar for playing gigs! Looks, sounds & plays great, and the price is hard to beat.

Decent Guitar, Great Value
I'll start by saying I am in no way an avid musician and I am very "lightly" self taught and just wanted something to learn a few songs on and for that this guitar is perfect. I've had other name brand guitars and while I can tell a difference in sound it is nothing that would bother me. It was very easy to tune, although the tuner that is included I found difficult to use. It did not seem to want to pick up the strings correctly so I did end up using a different tuner. It was great that is comes with a carrying case, picks and a strap. The finish is beautiful and this has been a great guitar to continue learning and improving.

Works well, but not without some disappointments!
It's a guitar, and it comes with all the things you need for a guitar, and it's so cheap! I would buy this item again given the price. I could NOT find any other guitars at this price, but I do think people should know some things about it that I did not expect:Namely:1: The tuner does not work well, but its no biggy because you can download the free fender tuner app and set it to acoustic and you are all set.2: The most irritating thing about this guitar is that the high strings kept snapping on me any time I tuned them up, and it turned out that the tuning knobs have very sharp edges on them. You can fix this easily by using your spare low E string as a file to ware them down and round them out a bit.. But i snapped 3 or 4 strings before learning this trick and I was getting seriously frustrated.3: The case came reeking of moth balls . I put it out in the sun for 2 days and it still smells. (Maybe this belongs in seller feedback, not in this product review.)However: I got to pick up a guitar and it plays nicely. I have learned a few songs and it sounds good! It came with replacement strings that I snapped and had to buy more of.. But strings are cheap. The set comes with a nice functioning capo, which you will definitely want to learn beginner tunes and I enjoyed that it comes with a bunch of different thickness picks that I got to try out. I am a total beginner, and other than the string snapping fiasco that really ruined my good time for a while.. I can truly say that I have enjoyed this purchase and would buy this set again despite it's flaws.

The best company, the best products. I bought a 2nd guitar from them the next day
It didn't just meet my needs, it exceeded them by a wide margin. Not just the guitar itself, which sounds great, but also loved all the extras that came with it.The company itself, Best Choice Products was simply outstanding about how they handle an issue I had with one of the tuning pegs, which was working as it should. I wasn't interested in a return or a refund as I love the guitar, they insisted on shipping me a new one (took 5 days total), and also insisted that there was no need to have to return the original one. Who does that? Best Choice Products does.Outstanding all around.

Good Guitar so far
This is my first guitar. I wanted something for beginners but still pretty and affordable. It has a few tiny scratches, but I think that’s normal considering how guitars are made. It comes with a guitar capo, a pick guard, guitar strings, a handle if you want to put it around your shoulders, a cloth to clean it, a tuner (though I plan on buying another one as this one seems to be kind of wonky), guitar picks, and an Allen wrench.

Its a great starting point! And comes with everything you need to get started
Long story short, a homeless guy on a bike got hit by a car. His guitar was smashed and as the EMTs and police were helping him all he was concerned about was his guitar. So some of the people that witnessed it put out a post to see if someone would get him a guitar. I looked everywhere locally but couldn't find a decent guitar one marketplace or craigslist so I ordered this one.Realistic Pros and ConsPros1) it actually is a pretty guitar, pleasing to the eye2) Fret edges are pretty smooth and not just for this price range3) Neck is straight as an arrow4) Frets are smooth, I wouldn't say polished but not gritty5) As the description shows, it comes with everything to get started5) Sound wise, I have heard worse. I play mostly solid wood name brand acoustics so to my ear it does sound bad but I know as a kid I would have been happy to have this guitarCONS1) The action was the worse thing, it is very high so for a beginner it could turn them off. Now with the neck angle looking fine and the neck being straight it looks like the nut was cut too high and/or where the strings go through it needs to be filed down just a bit. The other thing to do would have been just to sand down the bridge saddle on the base/bottom since it was a bit high as well. you have to be a little careful when doing that though and just make sure that you sand it straight. I hold it in my hand then run it in one stroke back and forth the long way on a full size sandpaper sheet. Unfortunately I was so busy this week I didn't have time to do that for him2) The tuners are not the greatest but it does the job3) Not sure if its the tuners or the bad strings, but the strings kept stretching even after I stretched it so there "could" be a problem there. But it would help a beginner know how to start keeping their guitar in tune4) Since the strings are kind of high, it's ok for playing open chords but bar chords and lead/single notes the intonation is off because you have to push so far for the strings to reach the fret so the distance plus the extra tension makes the notes sharp. Again, if you file down the nut and the bridge that would probably help. And yours might be fine, I'm only referring to mine specifically.5) The bridge was lifting slightly at the back, but just barely. Over time it might lift off but I've seen worse and blue holds pretty good even if the bridges start to lift like that. I also bet the bridge is screwed in though, since there looks to be 2 little circles on each side of the bridge. They use to do that to cheaper guitars to help keep the bridge down.My overall impression is that this is a great value but is not for everyone. If you know someone who has played and can set up a guitar for you, then get it. If I had the time, I could get this playing and sounding like a $120 - 200 non solid top guitar. If you wanted to practice upgrading a guitar and setting it up, this would also be great for you! If you want a guitar to fumble around with and play campfire songs with open chords and not care if it gets too cold and you need to use it as campfire wood, I'd say get it. If you need all the accessories and the guitar is just a bonus, wait for a sale and get it.I wouldn't recommend it for a true beginner who is on their own though, because the strings are hard to press down and the sound is not "great" so that together would make them think they are doing something wrong. It can be a pretty good guitar but with some work. If you can afford to pay a little more you can get one that wouldn't need as much work. But if you can only afford this one as a "base" then it's not bad. Just know that you'll have to do a little bit of work to get it playing better.
