The stove arrived in good condition with all parts. However, a product like this mostly cannot be used straight out from the box. Initially there was some leakage around the knobs. I wasn't sure of contacting Prestige for servicing, so I just spoke to my local gas provider who came over & got the leakages sealed and knobs refitted. Have been using the stove for over 3 months now, and haven't faced any issues. I like that the glass surface can be kept clean easily.I think it is a good product, just needs an expert's touch for setting up & getting started.

Overall a nice product.We can easily detach the spares and fix them after cleaning. The one thing, I disliked about this product is the Gas Burners are tampered. They were of a different brand, instead of Prestige. Which has resulted in the overheating of my food and the cookware as well.

I liked this very much and and I worried about the Delivery how safe they can do, but they did really a good job with safe delivery of the product and coming to the product its really good and as they showed in the picture and the ISI is marked in the backside. Price worthy.

This is an absolutely waste product. I bought this for my mom 1 year 8 months before. She said the flame is very low within two days of sart/ local service. My mom didn't inform me as I stay away and busy with work, she thought not to disturb me so she purchased a new one in a local store. Now (26 May 2020), when I returned back home and spend all my time at home during the lockdown, my mom raised this topic, and told me what happened. She used this stove for only 3 months with 7 times service due to low flame and got fed up. Don't wast your money on it.

I am a regular user of prestige products.I have not given rating for durability as it is too early. However, earlier too i have purchased the same item (3 burner for my residences at Bangalore/Palakkad and also as a gift to my daughter, neice etc and they are all functioning well and hence the product is durable. Moreover, since it carries a guarantee, i dont worry much about durability.
